“IPMS has exceeded my expectations from the beginning. There has not been a time that they have not delivered on the commitments they made. We had in-house billing for many years.  We decided to outsource during a time of rapid change which included a transition to a new EMR/Billing platform. IPMS manages our old system A/R as well as our new system flawlessly.  Their reporting is excellent. Our Account Manager is extremely invested in our success. She is readily available and responsive. IPMS has a highly regarded coding department, excellent auditing capabilities and programs, and great customer service feedback from our patients and staff. I am grateful IPMS is local and available. The transition has relieved a lot of pressure and delivered on improved collections and process.”
