The Department of Social Services (DSS) has determined that all current interim emergency COVID-19 telehealth policies announced in previous provider bulletins (PBs) will remain in effect until further notice. These flexibilities are authorized pursuant to section 17b-245e of the Connecticut General Statutes and Public Act 21-9. Please monitor PBs carefully. DSS will issue one or more PBs in the future at the time that various interim policies will be ending.
