CMS Extends Telehealth Flexibilities
On Monday July 19th, Secretary Becerra of Health and Human Services once again renewed the ongoing COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE).
Although the PHE will most likely remain in place through the end of the year, extensions must be revisited every 90 days.
The current extension end date is through Monday, October 18, 2021.
