Emilia Grochowska

Emilia Grochowska joined IPMS’s Accounting team in June 2009 and has been leading the department as the Controller since 2014. In this role, she oversees financial statement preparation including various revenue and cost analyses to determine company profitability, budgeting, cash management, payroll and accounts payable functions for IPMS and its clients. She takes pride in leading a team of highly talented individuals who strive to deliver the best results when providing financial services. She believes that the key to the company’s success is in teamwork and enjoys being part of the Accounting team as well as working with other teams to achieve common goals.

Prior to joining IPMS, she worked as a financial analyst at Stanley Works. Emilia earned B.S. and M.S. in finance & banking from Warsaw School of Economics in Poland and MBA with concentration in accounting from Central Connecticut State University.

In her spare time, Emilia enjoys spending time with her family, playing sports–especially volleyball–and riding her bike.
