Felicia Cirigliano is the Credentialing Manager for IPMS. With over 40 years of healthcare experience working in hospitals, ASC, private practice and pain clinics, she has the expertise to effectively manage payer credentialing and hospital privileging for IPMS clients.
Felicia is expeditious in reaching out to providers to request and obtain documents and information necessary for performing payer credentialing services. She understands the importance of attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Felicia has excellent relationships with payer representatives and hospital staff, which are of great benefit when addressing outstanding credentialing matters.
IPMS clients can expect her to be familiar with different state policies and protocols with the payers and hospital medical staff offices. She enjoys helping answer any questions you may have and providing the best overall service so that our clients experience the optimum outcomes.
Felicia loves spending time with her husband, kids, and crazy dog, Coco. Similar to her work life, home is anything but boring.
