On March 1^st, the Anthem Federal Employee Program (FEP) announced a change to the address for clinical grievance and appeal submissions. FEP explains that this change is being made to help accommodate recent office environment and staffing changes.

The new address is effective immediately and should be used for all clinical grievance and appeal submissions, including new requests and medical records for existing requests.
