Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Required – Effective August 1, 2026

All Connecticut Medical Assistance Program (CMAP) Web Portal users (Providers, Trading Partners, and Drug Labelers) must enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) by August 1, 2026. MFA is currently available and can be set up at login.

Key Points:

• MFA enrollment is mandatory starting August 1, 2026
• Choose from:
  • Authenticator app (recommended)
  • Email verification
• MFA will be required for:
  • Portal login
  • Password resets
  • EFT updates
