Starting April 1, 2025, most telehealth services will only be covered if the patient is in an office or medical facility located in a rural area.

Certain telehealth services will continue to be covered even after April 1^st, including:

• Monthly home dialysis visits for end-stage renal disease patients
• Services for diagnosis, evaluation, or treatment of symptoms for patients who have suffered an acute stroke or are receiving treatment for mental or behavioral health disorders.
