Starting July 2021, the website will not support the Internet Explorer (IE) browser. To access either the secure, self-service provider portal, NGSConnex or the provider content website, you are required to use one of the supported browsers below:

If you elect to use an unsupported browser (i.e., Internet Explorer 11 or below), you will be unable to access and perform self-service transactions. For the best user experience, NGSMedicare highly recommends that you access NGSConnex from a desktop or laptop computer rather than a mobile device. Using an unsupported browser or mobile device may result in excessive scrolling, inaccurate formatting and/or failed transactions.
