HHS has released the reporting guidelines for recipients of Provider Relief Fund (PRF) payments greater than $10,000. The Final Reporting Data Elements document details reporting guidelines, attributable expense, and reporting categories. The tentative opening date for the PRF portal was October 1st, however, the portal opening and deadlines has been revised.
