MassHealth Call Center Change Coming Soon

A recent email to MassHealth providers, notified of a MassHealth Call Center change, effective 9/1/24. The MassHealth Call Center will no longer support claim status inquiries on or after 9/1/24.

Status of claims sent to MassHealth can be checked by logging into the MassHealth Provider Online Service Center (POSC) and searching individually, by batch or by reviewing the MassHealth Remittance Advice (RA).
